DE BAND<\/span><\/h1>\n

Brandtastic is een 10-koppige formatie met muzikanten die allen hun sporen in de muziekwereld verdiend hebben. We maken muziek uit alle decennia vanaf de 70\u2019s tot nu, met extra\u00a0aandacht voor pop, funk en rock.\u00a0Van The BeeGees tot Josh Stone, van The\u00a0Doobie Brothers tot ABBA en van Train tot Edje Sheeran. Je vindt ons op de podia van de regionale festivals, jaarmarkten, lokale activiteiten en ondersteunen koren, orkesten (Proms) of andere groepen die een band nodig hebben voor een specifiek geluid.<\/p>\n

Brandtastic richt zich op muziekliefhebbers (en wie is dat nou niet?) die\u00a0muzikaal een ’trip down memory lane’ willen maken maar ook de muziek van\u00a0vandaag waarderen. Als mensen aan ons vragen “Wat spelen jullie zoal?” dan zeggen we altijd\u00a0 “Wij maken de muziek die jij leuk vindt.” En dat is ook zo. Van ons mag je altijd meezingen, meedansen en meespelen, op luchtgitaar of airdrums bijvoorbeeld.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Hier vind je een songlist<\/a> met een greep uit ons repertoire. Een repertoire dat overigens steeds aangevuld wordt met klassiekers en nummers van nu.\u00a0<\/p>\n

De <\/span>maaandelijkse bandavond<\/a> in jongerencentrum Elzenburg in Vught heeft nu ook kennis gemaakt met Brandtastic. Het was echt fantastisch leuk en uiteindelijk<\/span>\u00a0hebben we, omdat de toegift gespeeld m\u00f3est worden, zo’n 80 minuten op het podium gestaan. Onze bassist Aart<\/a> heeft zich er met glans doorheen gespeeld. En Marlous<\/a> heeft haar confetti-gun maar liefst twee keer kunnen gebruiken. Een keer omdat ze hem niet had aangezet en een keer toen ze dat wel had gedaan. Spektakel!<\/span><\/p>\n

Voor de derde keer alweer verzorgden we het entertainmentprogramma tijdens de halve marathon van Helmond<\/span>. We speelden drie sets (ja ja, we moesten aan de bak) van nummers uit ons gevarieerde repertoire. Het geluid was echt om over naar huis te schrijven. In de prachtige <\/span>Wim van Doorne-muziekkiosk<\/a> spelen we drie kwartier onze beste nummers. Die kiosk is natuurlijk een hele mooie locatie, met een hele fijne akoestiek. Een echt classic-podium om op te spelen, met een vriendelijk caf\u00e9-restaurant er recht tegenover. Lekker relaxen op een fijne nazomerse dag. Wij zouden het wel weten.\u00a0Toegang<\/span>\u00a0is gratis. <\/span><\/p>\n

Brandtastic verzorgt de vari\u00ebteit aan muziek op het fantastisch mooie Ridderplein. Met uitzicht op de terrassen (en dus ook andersom) spelen we drie sets onze leukste nummers. Iets eerder dan normaal in het jaar spelen we ons thuisconcert in ’t Brandpunt, de zaal waar we het hele jaar repeteren en altijd even vriendelijk ontvangen worden. We bieden een avondvullend programma met veel muziek (ook een dansset) en de vermaarde muziekquiz. Test jouw muziekkennis en, als je die niet hebt, neem dan je muzikale buren, vrienden of collega’s mee.\u00a0Toegang<\/span>\u00a0is gratis<\/strong><\/span>. We vragen je wel een ticket te reserveren waarin we dan meteen weer een consumptie stoppen. Kaartverkoop start eind september, via deze website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
